Personal trainer funnel builder

Turn social attention into one qualified lead.

Publish the supported Link in Bio, funnel, application and booking path in CoachOS, then keep collected source, consent and next-action context on the lead. ManyChat remains the Instagram automation provider, and its CoachOS bridge remains in acceptance review.

One record, three supported entry stories

Show what joins—and what must stop.

Switch between a Link in Bio, a native application and the in-review ManyChat bridge. Every example resolves to the same synthetic lead only through the exact identity evidence the current product supports.

Native versus integrated

A connected funnel is not one unlimited promise.

The public page, accepted form and CoachOS lead workflow are native. ManyChat is a named provider bridge with a separate acceptance gate and provider-controlled messaging rules.

Native

Link in Bio and funnel pages

Live
Supported behaviour

Publish supported branded links, website/VSL pages and clear application or booking actions.

Boundary kept visible

Not an Instagram profile, social inbox or replacement for every general-purpose landing-page feature.

Native

Attribution context

Live
Supported behaviour

Keep collected page, referrer, UTM, session and visitor context with first-party site activity and accepted submissions.

Boundary kept visible

Directional evidence only; no cross-device or person-level identity certainty is claimed.

Native

Application and consent

Live
Supported behaviour

Validate the published form version, configured answers and required consent field before accepting a submission.

Boundary kept visible

The coach remains responsible for the form wording, lawful basis and appropriate follow-up.

Native

Lead deduplication

Live
Supported behaviour

Block an exact repeated payload when configured, then create or update one coach-owned lead by exact email.

Boundary kept visible

No fuzzy identity merge or zero-duplicate guarantee. Conflicting identities need review.

Native

Pipeline and booking

Live
Supported behaviour

Keep the accepted response, lead stage, notes, booking and next action in the CoachOS coaching-sales workflow.

Boundary kept visible

A booking confirmation is not a guaranteed sale, payment or client outcome.

Integrated

ManyChat inbound capture

Acceptance review
Supported behaviour

Use a rotated token endpoint to accept a bounded payload and match by stored subscriber ID or exact normalized email.

Boundary kept visible

Missing email is rejected; a subscriber/email split becomes a conflict rather than an automatic merge.

Integrated

ManyChat lifecycle flows

Acceptance review
Supported behaviour

Optionally map lead approved, lead rejected and booking confirmed to named ManyChat flows after connection.

Boundary kept visible

Off by default. A subscriber must match conservatively, and ManyChat/Meta messaging windows still decide whether delivery is permitted.

Product contracts and provider status reviewed 19 July 2026. “Integrated” does not mean generally available.

ManyChat bridge · acceptance review

Keep the DM permission where it belongs.

CoachOS can receive a bounded qualified-lead payload from a configured ManyChat External Request and can map only lead approved, lead rejected and booking confirmed to named provider flows. The connection and outbound mappings are off until explicitly enabled.

ManyChat’s current official guidance says a private comment reply does not itself open the Instagram 24-hour messaging window; the person must interact with the message. ManyChat applies that provider window and can stop automations outside it.

Failure is part of the funnel

Do not turn ambiguity into outreach.

A production journey needs a safe outcome when identity, consent, provider state or delivery evidence is missing. These are current handling contracts—not hypothetical happy-path copy.

FORM-REPEAT

Exact form repeat

System response

Block the repeated payload before another lead write when the duplicate lock is configured.

Responsible next step

Show a safe retry path; do not claim that every possible duplicate is eliminated.

LEAD-MATCH

Known email returns

System response

Attach the accepted response and update the existing coach-owned lead instead of silently creating a second record.

Responsible next step

Keep the new source and submission evidence visible for review.

MC-IDENTITY

Subscriber and email disagree

System response

Stop the ManyChat handoff with a conflict when those identifiers resolve to different CoachOS leads.

Responsible next step

Resolve the duplicate manually before retrying; never guess which person is correct.

MC-PAYLOAD

Required identity is missing

System response

Reject a missing qualification email or an invalid/rotated token before touching lead data.

Responsible next step

Repair the External Request and keep provider delivery separate from CoachOS acceptance.

MC-SUBSCRIBER

No exact subscriber match

System response

Skip the outbound lifecycle flow when there is no stored subscriber ID or exact provider email/phone match.

Responsible next step

Keep the lead action in CoachOS; do not send to a guessed ManyChat contact.

MC-WINDOW

Messaging window is closed

System response

ManyChat applies the current Instagram/Meta messaging window and can prevent an automated message from sending.

Responsible next step

Use only a provider-permitted human or automation path; CoachOS does not bypass that rule.

The lead record is a decision surface

Source, permission, status and next action should agree.

A copied name is not a connected funnel. The useful outcome is a coach-owned lead with the accepted evidence needed to decide what happens next.

  1. 01Check identity

Use the stored form email or conservative provider subscriber match; review any conflict.

  2. 02Check permission

Contact consent and provider messaging eligibility are related but not interchangeable.

  3. 03Choose one action

Book, follow up, qualify or stop—without turning an old interaction into an unsolicited campaign.

  4. 04Keep evidence

Retain the accepted response, source and decision on the lead timeline.

Questions, answered

Social funnel and ManyChat questions

Does CoachOS replace ManyChat or the Instagram inbox?

No. CoachOS can own the supported public page, application, lead, booking and coaching-sales record. ManyChat remains the Instagram automation and inbox provider. The CoachOS bridge is in acceptance review and is not generally available until its provider-backed run passes.

Can a Link in Bio and a ManyChat flow update the same lead?

The supported paths preserve exact identity evidence. CoachOS public forms create or update the coach-owned lead by exact email. The ManyChat path prefers a stored subscriber ID and can use an exact normalized email; if subscriber and email point to different leads, it stops for manual resolution.

Does CoachOS prevent every duplicate or spam submission?

No. Honeypot, rate, verification and exact-repeat controls reduce abuse, and accepted submissions can update an existing lead by exact email. No system can promise zero spam or zero duplicates, so ambiguous identities remain a review task.

Can CoachOS send an unsolicited Instagram DM?

No. CoachOS does not claim arbitrary Instagram messaging. ManyChat and Meta control channel opt-in, messaging windows and delivery. The implemented CoachOS integration is limited to selected configured lifecycle flows and conservative subscriber matching.

What should happen after an application is accepted?

The lead should have a visible source, accepted response, stage, contact-permission context and one next action. That action may be a responsible follow-up or a supported discovery-call booking; neither implies a guaranteed sale.

Build the supported path

Give social attention one responsible next step.

Start with a CoachOS Link in Bio, application and booking path. Keep the ManyChat bridge behind its current acceptance gate until the provider-backed workflow passes.
