All-in-one online coaching platform
Replace the hand-offs— not every specialist.
CoachOS can keep the supported website, lead, booking, offer, client and coaching journey on one record. The matrix below also says exactly where an integration, partial path or specialist system should stay.
Synthetic workflow · product boundaries reviewed 19 July 2026
The hand-off problem
A stack is expensive in records, not only subscriptions.
The same person can become a new visitor, form response, calendar invite, spreadsheet row, payment customer and coaching client. This synthetic walkthrough shows the operational hand-offs without pretending that the named tools only do one job.
Your lead can cross seven systems before the first workout.
Example categories only. The named products may cover more jobs than the one shown here; this is not a feature-for-feature comparison.
The record travels with the work.
Native does not mean unlimited. Provider-gated and specialist boundaries remain visible in the replacement matrix below.
Dated replacement matrix
Native, integrated, partial and unsupported are different promises.
Filter the current platform boundary by replacement type. Every provider-gated row also keeps its availability status visible, so “integrated” never quietly becomes “available to everyone”.
The supported workflow lives in CoachOS and shares the CoachOS record.
CoachOS connects to a named provider; provider access and limits still apply.
A useful supported subset is available, but a specialist or manual step remains.
CoachOS does not provide this job today. Keep the specialist system.

Delivery-platform checkpoint
Trainerize and Kahunas are real choices—not straw men.
CoachOS should replace a delivery platform only when the connected acquisition-to-coaching journey is worth more to you than the specialist depth you would give up. Competitor facts below come from their official pages and were reviewed 19 July 2026.
The established coaching-app and studio ecosystem is the main job.
Its official product covers fitness, nutrition, habits, messaging, scheduling, payments, teams, add-ons, integrations and branded-app options. Plan and add-on limits vary.
Official pricing and plan detail ↗Its coaching delivery and own branded-app path fit the business.

Cost planning without fake precision
Load a dated example. Replace it with your real bills.
Monthly list prices can hide annual billing, client caps, add-ons, taxes and different product scope. This calculator makes the assumptions visible and editable instead of publishing a universal savings number.
Use your invoices—not somebody else’s “savings” claim.
The loaded example uses public list prices reviewed 19 July 2026. Replace every input with your own amount to match your plan, billing period, currency and client count.
Plans differ in client limits and scope. The example excludes taxes, exchange rates, promotions, domains, add-ons, payment-processing charges, migration work and specialist tools you keep. CoachOS pricing is the current USD plan map; a 0.5% CoachOS platform fee applies only to payments processed through CoachOS. Competitor marks identify their owners’ products and do not imply endorsement.
The operational comparison
Count decisions copied—not logos removed.
A lower tool count is useful only when the important context survives. The supported CoachOS path keeps available source, intake, booking, lead, offer and client work attached to the same coaching journey.
Migration and coexistence
Switch in accepted boundaries—not one dramatic cut-over.
CoachOS does not promise a universal one-click import. A careful migration can keep your current platform running while a public surface, lead path or small client cohort is verified.
- 01
Map the job before the tool
List what each system actually does, who owns the data, what clients touch and which provider or compliance constraint applies.
- 02
Move one boundary at a time
Start with a supported public surface or a small client cohort, verify the record and communication path, then widen the move.
- 03
Run coexistence deliberately
Keep a specialist where CoachOS is partial, provider-gated or unsupported. Define which system is authoritative during the overlap.
- 04
Retire only after acceptance
Export what you can, retain required records, confirm the client experience and cancel the old tool only after the new path is proven.
Keep the specialist system authoritative until the new path passes.
- Choose the record owner during overlap.
- Separate test and live client cohorts.
- Export and retain required history.
- Cancel only after operational acceptance.
Questions, answered
All-in-one coaching-platform questions
Does CoachOS replace every tool in my coaching business?
No. CoachOS can own the supported Attract, Convert, Coach and Adapt journey, but advanced general-purpose CMS, CRM, automation, campaign messaging, gym access and clinical systems may still need a specialist. The replacement matrix names those boundaries.
Can I keep Trainerize or Kahunas while I test CoachOS?
Yes. Coexistence is a valid migration path. Choose which system owns each client and record during the overlap, start with a small supported cohort, and retire the old delivery platform only after the CoachOS path has been accepted.
Is the cost calculator a quote or savings promise?
No. It is an editable planning aid. The dated USD example uses public list-price assumptions and links to official sources, but plans, limits, taxes, add-ons, exchange rates, promotions and your actual invoices can differ. Replace every input with your own amount.
Can CoachOS import all of my historical data?
No universal importer is promised. Contact CoachOS to assess eligible data and an assisted migration path. Scope, responsibility and timing are agreed case by case, and some history may need to remain in an export or the previous system.
Which integrations are available now?
Stripe, Apple Health and Health Connect have supported live paths. WHOOP is limited to approved test members. Google Calendar/Meet and ManyChat remain in provider or acceptance review, and transactional SMS has carrier approval but still needs the final opted-in live-handset and signed-callback acceptance run. GoHighLevel is limited to configured accounts; Zoom and Outlook are planned.
How should I decide what to move first?
Start with a contained job whose success you can verify, such as a public page, form or a small client cohort. Keep the current system authoritative during the test, check the data and communication path, then widen the move only after acceptance.
